About the farm

Indonesia Premium Cacao sources the beans from smallholder farmers in the village of Mundeh in Tabanan, Bali, where fertile volcanic soil, tropical climate, and ideal rainfall create perfect conditions for growing cocoa. Sitting about 450 meters above sea level, this rich natural environment, along with sustainable farming, gives the beans their unique, aromatic Balinese flavor
